The Path of Silence
On today's style diary you'll discover Nature and History on tiptoes. Luisa accompanies us to the upland of Asiago, on to the locality of Campomuletto, 1600 meters above sea level, for a thrilling and unique stroll along the Path of Silence. An outright Doorway of Memory which twists and turns throughout a suggestive wood of beeches and firs. Along the Path, approximately one hour of walk, 10 contemporary artworks were placed in memory of the fallen soldiers of WWI. The aim of artists was the reflection on the horror of war and the value of peace. Skim through the gallery and enjoy this magic place, where one can stop and meditate, at least for a moment, on who we have been, who we are and where we are going.
