Flowers and Gardens open market
Those who follow us on Facebook know that every week we have a "meeting of the heart" in one of the most beautiful squares of Vicenza: is the Flowers and Gardens open market that every Wednesday, in Piazza delle Erbe, brings flowers, herbs, vegetables and fruit season by the Vicenza producers . From now on, this city “must”shopping will be aenriched of a collaboration of our area chefs who are able to process and interprets these products.The first guest is Marco from the “Megusta” restaurant placed in Torri di Quartesolo (Vi), who we have bring in our Wednesday food shopping, and will now prepare for Ddmag, crunchy shrimp in a noodles corn and pea starch with grapefruit and toasted sesame seeds, all plate up with a game of three creams with eggplant, courgettes and tomato.

"Prepare and clean all the ingredients:
1 eggplant
1 courgette
1 tomato
80 grams of noodles Tiantan
a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds
1 grapefruit
4 shrimp oil and salt Q.B

Dice the eggplant, courgette and tomatoes, blanched separately and let it cool always separately with water and ice. Whirl the vegetables, and adjusted the taste with a pinch of salt. Switch to grapefruit, which u will peel off . Meanwhile, cook the noodles in the cooking vegetables water for three minutes and set aside. Toast the sesame seeds and fry the prawns.
