With him, I followed step by step through the creation of his masterpieces: the most important thing is always the raw ingredients, consisting of excellent products like white chocolate with which they are carved angels Easter eggs, candy and flour with whom they knead a traditional easter cake call “Dove”. The smell coming out of the oven is delicious and goes up to the bar area nouveau original early 900 style, which is a home spoiled for choice: now macaroons or meringues?
