Vicenza Pride
I am very happy to host a wonderful "heartstrings" interview on Ddmag to Bruno Dal Gallo , promoter and organizer of a unique event in Vicenza, the Vi. Pride 2013. Exhibitions, shows and concerts dedicated to gay rights, women and the family are preparing to welcome the parade citizenship "VENETO LGBTQIE PRIDE 2013" which will take place in the streets of the historic center of Vicenza Saturday, June 15.

Vicenza: who welcomed the project and what answer do you expect from the city?

We can not hide our enthusiasm after a start with some controversy, due to positions of some politicians, we started working on the territory in a completely cross and direct dialogue. With great pleasure we found a city that has a great desire to culture, to get involved, to open up and get busy.
We organize all the events through a network of associations, and the synergy that exists between us is the true strength of this Pride. But we are also cooperating with the institutions, with the police, with the downtown retailers. The support is coming from many sides, some important Vicenza's Enterprises give us a sponsor, many caffe shops in the center give us a hand in hosting events.
We are preparing the territor that we still found already fertile, of the big parade on Saturday 15 June, which we expect to participate, with the heart but also with the presence of a large number of Vicenza citizens.

Pride: What are all the souls who can express themselves?

I like to say that Pride should be experienced by everyone as the pride of the entire city of Vicenza. Of course, the first Gay Pride manifestation was founded in June 28 ,1969, when the trans Sylvia Rae Rivera spearheaded the historical club in New York Stonewall riots against the interference of the police homophobic, and we do not forget where this event comes from , especially since we live in a country where no law protects us or respect us. But we're working because the Vicenza Pride is perceived not only as a demonstration of claim of rights denied the LGBT community (which stands for lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender), but it is very important opportunity for our city, culture and hospitality. And also, why not, to increase tourism. We imagine for June 15 a very colorful and partecipated procession, where everyone feels at ease and is willing to mix with others, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation or ethnicity. We want the reception that we are acting in these six months of events to be fully represented in the final parade, the message about the importance of enriching our mutual differences will take a variegate shape in June 15. With the pride of being able to say, "I was there."

2013: the first edition this year, but how long did the idea for this project?

Always in the heart ! The idea of
