Even though I know Venice very well, I’m always somehow surprised when I am there. The last time I went to Murano, where I met Giovanna and the new pub Acquastanca. Traditional cooking (with free variations), almost exclusively fish, soon together with some typical Venetian meat dishes. You may have to wait in some occasions, as the tables are only 24, but it’s definitely worth-it.
