Street art in Berlin
The street art is affecting all cities, from Vicenza, where we set our last post style, to Berlin, the German capital where Luca Chilesotti has set his photographic project "Street art in Berlin“, Luca tells us the story...

"Is extremely cold out there ... but are we sure that December 31 is a good moment to go to Berlin?". With these questions going in my head, I proceed through the night of Berlin New Year's Eve, not caring that rage of -20 degrees. Getting to Posdamerplatz makes us imagine how it could be in Sarajevo in a hypotethical 1993' winter night, during the siege of the Serbs: a grandfather shows to his 4 year old grandson how to ignite the fuse of Razzetti, the firecrackers not crashing into people or things , they end up on windows, gate valves and facades. When I open my eyes , on 1 January 2008, ready for the usual New Year's concert at the Berliner Philharmoniker, something in the air has changed from the windows you can see the color of the world outside . It is not snowing and the sun is shining wonderful. A familiar light blue Trabant is passing in the street in that moment. I go out into the frosty morning and it is at this point that I begin to see here and there, in places rather unlikely, strange designs often small and monochrome.
