Sara's Guacamole
I'll willingly pass the word to the DDmag kitchen correspondent : the MasterChef UK 2011 finalist Sara Danesin Medio, here a recipe that greets the summer with lightness and taste!

"If you like Mexican food, you surely know (and love) Guacamole, a sauce made of avocado and became popular all over the world! Excellent as an accompaniment to the famous tortillas, is a blessing for the health because the avocado is rich in omega 3 and free fats: in short, a "super food", versatile and healthy.
In summer, our little feeling for cooking is certainly justified. Here is a recipe that can be served on bread or tortillas for a light lunch or a refreshing snack!
 

Ingredients for 4 people

 
2 large and soft to the touch avocados , peeled and diced;
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped;
1 teaspoon of lime;
1 tomato without skin and seeds made
